Salamander Designs, like so many successful companies, stemmed from a
personal need. Back in 1990, a young designer began searching for
furniture to house his home entertainment components. Nothing in the
marketplace satisfied him, so he set out to solve the problem for himself.
Influenced by the ever-popular Arts and Crafts style, Chameleon Sonoma's
doors contrast vertical wood mullions with micro-perforated metal inserts.
Its American Cherry tone and relaxed look work especially well in
transitional rooms. Chamelon Geneva combines solid frame-and-panel doors,
a simple steel base, and a Medium Walnut finish, to create a pure,
timeless look that blends comfortably with various furniture styles.
Featuring twin-width and triple-width TV cabinets, both collections offer
endless options for all of your home theater needs. Salamander Designs
furniture has met with critical acclaim since its introduction and
continues to win praise from industry magazines such as Stereophile and
Stereo Review to the Consumer Electronics Show prestigious Innovations
Award.
